Can you run a home business as well as a professional career? If your answer is “NO”, then you are absolutely wrong. Today we present before you the success story of our new member Mamta Sharma, a lawyer by profession, a baker and chocolatier by passion and for a social cause.
Meet Mamta Sharma, Founder of Cake Boutique
Who says a professional woman cannot be a home-based business woman? Who says multi-tasking is not always possible? Here is Mamta Sharma, originally from Haridwar and now settled in Noida, who has proved that it is possible to run a business, a home, and a career, and you can actually be a multi-tasker without affecting your family life.
Married and a mother of 2 grown-up kids (son studying in USA and daughter working in Singapore), Mamta is the Director of her husband’s company JM AutoCraft Pvt.Ltd. She was a Science and Law graduate with a full-fledged legal profession earlier as a central excise and service advocate, prior to the implementation of GST. When her husband started his own business, she joined him as a Taxation advocate. She is looking after the company’s legal part of taxation, and also management and marketing.
In addition to her professional duties and household responsibilities, she is also a passionate baker and chocolatier, and as and when she gets time, she tries to unleash her potential and her passion in making cakes and chocolates.
Launch of Cake Boutique
A few years back, Mamta launched her baking business by the name of Cake Boutique. The USP of her business is that she makes all preservative-free eggless varieties of cakes, pastries, chocolates, breads, cookies, and so on. She needs at least 24 hours for an order to be placed so that the end product is completely homemade and fresh, just out of the oven. She has a whole range of homemade items to offer as seen in the pic below: You can connect with her on her Facebook page Cake Boutique or call her on +91 88825 81090.
Objective behind her business
She is also a lady with a golden heart who does social services in her own sweet way without disclosing it much to others. Whatever her earnings through her legal profession and home business, she spends a portion of her income in doing some kind of social services like providing education fees to a girl child or getting a poor girl married or helping the poor in some way or the other.
In her own words,
“Follow what your heart says. Do not let your passion die down. It’s necessary to be independent to do what you feel like. And, for that, you need to have the will to do so”
We wish Mamta Sharma all the best for her venture and welcome her to our women in business entrepreneurs’ community. We need more and more women like her to join us to set an example for other women to follow their dreams.
